I’ve had a notification from WordPress to tell me that my blog is 4 years old today.
It’s had over 4,000 visitors and over 32,000 views – never in my wildest dreams would I have predicted that something which started as a diary could become such a worldwide success.
It’s been an amazing achievement and I’ve been in contact with some amazing people – so thank you all for reading my blog. 🙆

I am a few days aver 4 weeks post op. I am in severe pain(about a 7). My ROM is increasing. I do my home exercises & PT 3x/week. How long was your pain this bad. It’s depressing.

Hi Donna, I’m really sorry to hear that your pain level is so bad. I really think you should contact your physio or doctor as soon as possible to get it checked out. PLEASE don’t push yourself until you get some advice. After my first op, almost 5 years ago, I was in so little pain at 4 weeks post op I flicked the duvet cover and tore my rotorcuff tendon! This resulted in emergency surgery on Christmas eve and set my recovery back by a couple of months. Make a phone call today and let you know how it goes. Take care 🤗
