My shoulder was aching a bit yesterday and today it still aches – in fact it hurts!  Not sure if I’m better resting it or continuing to do the exercises. It feels like the muscle is stiff and sore so maybe I’ve just overdone things a bit. I’ve therefore decided to cut down on how many exercises I do over the weekend and see what the physio says on Wednesday. I’m reluctant to stop doing the exercises altogether as I feel like that would only cause it to stiffen further. So today is another step backwards. 😟
