Celebrating going through with my first shoulder replacement 8 years ago today …. Now as I get older I have developed other issues, but for now at least, I don’t have to worry about my shoulders 🙆

Well done Michelle. Almost 10 years for my first shoulder. The best thing is that with a successful replacement of any joint, you can get on with your life. Other illnesses are not so easy to cure.

Just read your book this afternoon. I am looking at a shoulder replacement later this year in the US. I have arthritis, a torn labrum and a torn rotator cuff. Thanks for the story of your experience.
